Double reward in mysterious island quest

Hey has anyone else gotten 2 of the same war medals after doing the mysterious island quest? I swear I'd notice if I already had a Copper Alpha of Sincerity in my inventory.

I have 2 Pink Hearts. Getting the same reward is possible.
