weapon levels

Im at the quest for the holy magfuffin thing, and when i go to the black forest,
i die in like 2 adventures, im using a zim mermans guitar, and its level 200.
ive seen other people use great weapons, and the weapons level is 200!!

so its 2 questions:
1: how can that be?????

and 2: where can i get better weapons?????

you aren't going to find another weapon (as of yet at least) that's stronger than power 200...

the weapon is not so much your issue, it's your stat levels... increase your stats (or skills) and then you'll have no problem. and unless you're a moxie character, zim's guitar prolly isn't the best option.
