Yet another new person

Hi everyone. New to KoL (played 10 days now), and enjoying it.

I do have a forum-based question, and wasn't sure where to put it:
Is there a reason I'm not able to see the Oh Emm Gee subforum? I was hoping to get some leveling assistance.
