I was fighting an Arc-welding elfborg and after I beat it up I got the following (I just copy/pasted the entire combat window)

If you're talking about the weird lolcat speak, you have the new effect granted by the P.R.E.S.S.I.E. familiar. It'll wear off eventually.

I was wondering about this too. It's not his language that perplexes me...its the INVISIBLE items...It happens frequently and they AREN'T in my inventory (unless of course they are but invisible!)

Oh, now I understand what you're asking. According to the wiki, items that do not drop from a monster will show up as "INVISIBLE ". Mostly to make fun of you for not receiving it
