Clan wars
I dont know if this has been mentioned before but i think that there should be a war week every couple month in this week each guild/clan can form alliances with other clans of course it would have to be optional but each clan could build up stregnth for a couple months then beat the crap out of the smaller clans most wouldnt compete but still for the bigger clans it would be a blast and a good way to keep intrest and gain meat and loot
