Loud music can do more than damage your hearing - it can also cause your lungs to collapse.
Experts writing in the Thorax detail four cases where loud music fans experienced the condition, known as a pneumothorax. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/3614180.stm Sorry, but the guy who collapsed his own lung with a 1000 watt stereo in his car deserved it. |

well yes, we had this topic at uni last week or so, its the Bass that kills you. You cant hear low frequency Bass but you can feel it and if you play it loud enough it can bring your lunge to collaps or even let your heart stop, and someone tryed to make that availiable as an weapon, it worked, but the weapon is over 500m long so no one was interested and they forgot that that weapon of mass destruction exists, cos you can kill a city in minutes with that O.o
