Default 2 man UW

Now you may have seen Reals' 55hp monk build for 2 man runs into UW.

Well I'm the nec that generally goes with him. I'm gonna send him my N/Me build that I use for the runs to put on the site but a discussion thread would really help me to help him better... if you get what I'm saying.

You see it's smite crawlers.... they are causing me problems. I can get the sympathetic visage up on Real okay to try and negate their hex removal and then I SS but somewhere something goes pear shaped a lot of the time. It may just be my timing and energy management that needs to be improved but it may also be that I'm missing a crucial skill that I have overlooked for some reason.

Actually... let me get Real my build so it can be put on the website and then hopefully some nice people will pull it apart and tell me what I can change to improve it.

But if you do have a nec build for 2 man runs then please post it here as you will be doing me a huge favour and helping me and Real to get better at this at the same time. Cause I bet your nice like that.

Ta!

I think the good thing so far is that we've improved with every run but those smite crawlers seem to give me a bit of a pounding if sympathetic visage isn't on.

We'll end up getting through them but it was probably our (my) positioning that was causing us problems. We need to control the number of them until we get more used to what we're doing.

The hardest thing is trying to find a time to do this and keep working on it when one or both of us are in decent condition to actually play the game and collect the loot.

Until I catch you for another run I'll go work on soloing the spider cave in fissure as some of our guildies have been talking about it and want me to show them how....I just have to remember first

mate, i think we got it right this time as our run on Sunday seemed easy compared to our other attempts.

As for the build I was using it's the same one that appears on the site, I couldn't remember what to take so I loaded the page and took what I had written there!

And I got another ecto and you didn't...

I thought the best bit was on the last run when you died and instead of backing off then ressing you , I got chest fever and ran to the chest to get a nice gold chaos axe (max damage) only to die before I could get my dirty mitts on it... that was funny.
