CoH Texture Editing

Hi yah.. Im gonna how you edit the Textures.. I got Adobe Photoshop CS2 9 Final and they dont wanna edit it.. I tried to change the file to Jpeg, Gif and BMP and still don't wanna reconize them.. can you add any kinda help plz!!
