mod files from this site
 how in the world do i make the mod files from the CoH part of coldfront work?
i.e.:
-where do i put them?
-if anything, wat should i do to activate these files?

Most of them should extract in your City of Heroes directory. They will create a new folder called DATA and should not overwrite anything at all.  If there is any prompting to overwrite, stop.

Basically replacement textures for those ingame. Like new outfits, new weapons, etc...

No like outfits, swords, totally redone textures. Just look at the screenshots in the section. We don't do that, we just collect textures off the net that we find. The authors do really awesome work. I'd say the majority are well on par with what the game artists have done.

How do you install the GUI mod, the one that changes the pattern of your bubbles?

Blue You just have to installed the mod, but you need to be able to use the cape texture so level 20.
Velcroy, I have no idea I've never used it. You would have to look at the placement of the files using a PIGG viewer.

i exctracted the superman emblem mod into my directory n it didnt work, what do i do
