I am having the same problem as gran_fantasma. I did just like the site says, put them in the directory like always, and get no change in game. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Can anyone help me with the texture files on Coldfront that mod the claws skins? I tried a few last night and saw no difference in CoV to the claws, so either I'm:
1. Not putting the file in the right place- it's in my \data folder but not in a sub-folder.
2. The texture for the CoV claws is different than the one for CoH- this is likely sinc ethe claws are a different shape in CoV (more spike-like).
3. Both of these.
I'd like the claws on my Stalker to be more rusty/bloody than the black ones that are the default.
Can someone help me with a directory problem? I tried to install the [url=http://coh.coldfront.net/index.php/content/view/571/108/=Muscle Girl[/url] mod, but the .zip file didn't include a directory tree or a readme file. I tried putting it in every folder and subfolder, and mimicing the folder naming conventions. Nothing has worked.
Most of them should extract in your City of Heroes directory. They will create a new folder called DATA and should not overwrite anything at all. If there is any prompting to overwrite, stop.
