Pantsless trophy

anyone know how to get this trophy it looks like a large cup with an exclamation mark and a plus sign followed by a pair of pants.

You had to be celebrate the new year pantsless a couple of minutes after this message when up in chat

I ended up getting this one accidently, i had just ascended and hadn't bothered to get my pants out of hagnk's as i wasn't good enough to wear them, the next time i looked at the trophy hut, there it was!
