My Mr. Accessory Quandary/ looking for contact info or help.

So here's my sob story. I had a dilemma donating and now I got the short end of the stick. This email I sent out to the handful of addresses I could find should sum up my story. It hasn't been long but I don't want to let this sit if there is a chance to get this problem fixed. After you read my email text, let me know if something like this has happened before. This has been the first time I've donated and it hasnt' been a good experience so far. Thanks for reading.

"I'm writing to let you know that a couple of days ago
when I donated to your organization, something strange
happened. Let me explain the situation, best I can
remember and you can check your records/files to see
if my story corroborates.

Basically I meant to donate $10.00 for a Mr.
Accessory. When I paid through pay pal, it timed out.
I checked my character (Azumi #229174) to see if Mr.
Accessory had arrived and if the payment when through,
but I didn't have a Mr. Accessory. So I hit pay again
thinking the payment hadn't gone through. When I
checked bank statement, I realized a was short a bit.
I checked my paypal history page and 2 payments of
$10.00 went through.

Don't worry, I'm not a cheap bastard. I'm not
looking for reimbursment, however I did only get one
Mr. Accessory for basically a $20.00 donation. I'm
writing to petition for the other Mr. Accessory I paid
for. I'm not worried about the cash transaction. It
would be appreciated if you could check your payment
logs and in-game scripts to see if what I'm saying is
true. I'm looking forward to having another Mr. A. I
have no problems donating to an outstanding
organization that wrote probably the best game I've
ever played. Keep up your reputation with me by
emailing me back and let me know what you came up with
concerning this matter."

Jick'll probably reimburse you in one way or another. He may credit you even more Mr. A's then you paid for. Be patient, though. He honestly DOES read every message he is sent, which is a lot as you can imagine, so it's going to take a while.
