in the past like month, ive applied to probably more than 10 clans and received no message of acceptance or denial! Can someone, preferably a clan leader, let me join???????? I see like level 2 people in clans already and im level 7.

Those clans don't accept you because you're crap... You should apply to a better clan... like (shameless plug) "The Vanguard of... Loathing"!

If you apply to more than one clan, only the last clan you applied to will see you on their screen. WAIT for a reply before applying to another clan.
*ahem*My clan is pretty decent, by the way...

You can only join a clan when you are level 3 or above, so there can't be any level 2s. Duh...
