how do you explode the chef/bartender in a box?

Use it frequently. It will eventually explode. I think the average is about 200 uses before explosion, but I could be wrong.

Sometimes it just doesn't want to explode either even after 500 Uses

I believe if you try mixing/cooking too many things at once it will explode as well.

by mixing/cooking too many things at once, do you mean, just making multiples, or trying to make more then you have?

yeah, the best way is to make like 20+ of things at a time...keeps happening to me and I'm not even trying....
