Ultra-Rare Drops

Just out of curiousity, does anyone know where any of these are dropped? Just so I know where to adventure a bit more then usual.

Talisman of Baio
Spooky Hockey Mask
Crazy Bastard Sword
Hypnodisk

Baio=Spooky Forest
Hockey Mask=Resting
CBS=Sleazy Back Alley
Hypnodisk=Fat Friars Gate
Dense Meat Gem= Itznotyerzitz Mine

From what I know its not a simple 1-in-X chance of getting these items, there are many factors. You'd be better off using 4 or 5 turns a day in each area, at different times. Check out the ultra rare thread on the KOL forums.

What exactly does a hypnodisk do besides be really cool to have?

It's really rare is all I know. I think Boozer has one, though, so you should look at his curio collection.
