Need Help w/ NS13

Does Anyone Know what item(s) I need to beat the NS13 (besides the huge mirror shard)

You will need your special anagraming weapon in your inventory. The huge mirror shard is not needed for the Naughty Sorceress herself; just for getting to the NS. Dyspepsi grenades always work well for me for form one and two.
