Hell Ramen Help

When I try to cook Hell Ramen (dry noodles and scruptious reagents) it tells me that I don't have the neccessary skill. I am a level 10 Sauceror with the Advance Saucrafting skill, so I don't know what else I could possible do to get more cooking skill. Does anyone know?

Only pastamancers can make the hell ramen.

Correct. Hell Ramen requires a Sauceror and Pastamancer to work together. Either find a Pastamancer clan mate or sell your Ramen in the mall.

Does Hell Ramen give better stat boosts than Hell broth? If yes that seems unfair.

Yes. FAR more. Hell ramen gives about 27 turns per time you eat it, and about 40-ish to each stat.
