Mr. Accessory

What is everyones thoughts on the buying and selling of Mr. Accessory?

I know its frowned upon since it is in effect taking money out of Jick's pocket. If you buy it from someone who's donated for it, you don't have to donate.

But I also know there are people out there who may not have access to the kind of material needed to make the donation, ie credit cards or paypal. And for some people spending 20 million meat (or in my case...60 million...&**&^ing price drops.)
is tantamout to spending 10 dollars.

Just wondering.

Well keep in mind that someone must have donated for it... so its not like the $10 has been denied. And as long as it isn't bugmeat that earn't the millions then i see no harm. If Jick realy minded alot he'd make them non-tradable ('cept for Mr Store)

Personaly I just donated and recieved two, I do actually want to support the game.
But then again i have access to a paypal acount and $20 is alot less in GBP ;o)

See, I don't see it that way at all. Someone gave Jick money to put a Mr. A in the market. Who ends up with it doesn't matter much to me. Now if they could be duped or otherwise gotten, I'd be upset.

For every Mr. A in the game, 10 dollars has been paid. If one person has bought 2 and one has bought 0, but they both have a Mr. A, it's still 20 dollars in Jick's pocket.

A similar question came up earlier this week:

IF I won a lottory and donated 100K to Jick , Would Jick give me 10K of Mr As or would there be something special created for it?

I know it is highly unlikely but I do like to dream.

If you paid your 100k through paypal then yes you'd get 10k Mr A's (its an automatic script) which you could then sell for 100,000,000,000 meat.
You could then pretty much buy every rare item in the game from the mall and still be stinking, stinking rich...

I think it'd depend of how you did it. If you just donated... then he prorbaly would.... if you asked before donating them prorbaly not...
