Added a bunch of useless yet fun statistical info to the website.

Specifically, each player can now see their combat wins/losses. Group combats are not counted. Evil players can see the number of thefts they have done.
I've also added a royal tournament winners page.

Avast! He who has no boots can still kick through a level 1 shield! But who would be so puny as to have such a shield?
