cannot connect (IRC, OpenProxy List)

by following the link which is given by the error message i found out that my ip which is a provider assigned random client ip, is in this database since year 2003

that sounds quite funny

80.218.176.171
the subnet belongs to cablecom switzerland

I saw that the IP was already de-listed, I removed it from the ban list, so try again.
