Open Proxy?

Hi,

I've been attempting to connect to your IRC server for the past several hours today, followed with subsequent virus and trojan scans by three software and spyware scans with two, I still find myself met with being disconnected by the open proxy prompt.

Is there anything that can be done?

Update: I have found from my ISP that they do indeed use Open Proxy, and they cannot provide other methods of connection for me, as all IPs across its service are dynamic.

Is there anything that can be done to allow my IP?

Essentially the IRC network was hit with a bot flood, so we had to put in a bit more protection. Sorry if this has hit you, contact me at frostbyghte@coldfront.net and I'll try and work with you to get you past this.
