Code=165 ... Can anyone help me

I have been doing factions, and have an assasin/warrior level 7 ..... today I wanted to play and GuildWars have a statement underneath my character saying "Your account does not have access to GuildWar factions" HHHEEELLLLPPPP. Support do not have code=165 registered. They are not coming back to me ......

What is code=165?

Did u only have thepreorder or the actuall reatail key?!

yup, Blakey has hit the nail on the head there with his assessment.

The Headstart lasted 3 days and those with just the preorder key can now no longer access Factions until such time as a retail key has been entered.

If you are one of the many awaiting their copy of Collectors Edition I'd suggest contacting your game supplier to see if yours will be included in the current shipment (expected in stores friday) or whether you're one of those whose copy is not due until june 30
