Playboy Entertainment is recruiting players who are dedicated into the success of the guild, the guild ladder season is coming close to an end,
I have great ambitions for my new guild, It is a new guild so it doesn't really have any members except a couple friends so far.

I wanted to recruit the right way, there's people that want to improve themselves, and there's others and get out and do it, what most guilds lack is execution, my main goal is to get into top 100 on next seasons ladder, and until then do GvG nightly by doing test builds, to get more experience into the players. The kind of people we are looking for are those that are hungry to GvG every night and are more than willing to put in the effort it takes to compete at the higher levels. What some people don't understand is that building a guild from scratch isn't an easy thing to do, and that success doesn't happen instantly, and what we don't want are what people call "guild hoppers", or people with ego's.


What type's of things that we are looking in our members.

-Active
What kills some guilds is players that aren't active, when you can't get groups together it can demoralize the guild members.

-GvG experience
It helps to have it so you know what types of things you'll run into during guild battles.

-Role Flexability
Being able to play different roles will make it easier for guild to get together and do things together, and it can make it easier for you to play other builds.

-Friendly members
It's gets easier to work together when you don't have problems with other members in the guild.

-*Commitment to the guild
Understanding that guild success isn't always likely to happen right away, and able to be commited in improving yourself as a guild will make success come quicker.

-Putting guild first
Putting the guild first in situations, like leaving a tomb party and playing with guild, or maybe little things telling the guild that your going to be leaving soon and giving them the heads up, *one of the worste things you can have happen in GvG is playing with 7/8 team because someone had to leave and didn' tell you.*

-TS and Vent
You have to be able to communicate with your guild, and through voice communication makes it a lot easier for your group to know what to do, if your just typing where to go it can be a lot harder.

-Enthusiasm to play PvP
Giving 110% is something you should always be doing, if you aren't bringing your A game to all pvp even if its ascalon arena, can give impression to some people that you don't really care.

-Have a sense of humor
some people are uptight and can't take a joke and think that there needs to be 20+ rules for a guild, this game is ultamitly to have fun if you can't joke around with your guild what's the point of even coming in contact with them.

-No Ego
We don't want people thinking that there the sh*t, because there higher rank then other people.


Goals:


-Get into top 100 guilds, and establish ourselves as a guild that diserves to be in top 100, or even better then that.

-Have between 16-20 members that are active, and dedicated in the improvement of the guild. Having a close guild of players that can mess around.

-Have members that are able to play various roles in a team when asked to.

-Be able to execute builds that the team comes up with, and be able to run more then just spike builds, but various builds.
