Default Dyes...

Are there any new colors or special things you can do with them?

I dont really know much about dyes to be honest. I know you can dye any piece of armor with them, and there's all your usual colors, black being the most rare (uo anyone?)

Yea well recently they added a Dye merchant that buys and sells different colors. As Chupin said Black is usually the rarest. The price of the dyes is determined by how many people have been buying that color.

asthetic wise, it would be nice for the merchant to be able to make custom colors. Gold and a specific amount of each dye would be needed to make the colors of course, but it would allow players to become more unique in presentation.

Like I would want a navy blue but it would cost me 20 gold and 4 blue dyes and 1 red.

I know this is an old thread, but ...

You can custom blend dyes

Just double click a dye in your inventory and click the dye you wish to mix it with.

You can add silver dye to most any color to give it a more metallic look.

I think there is a min of times you can blend any one dye, not sure but I think it's 4 times for one color.
