me again .... with a an embarassing question lol..... last week I got my very first level 20 char in factions ..... erm, yes, well she is covered in this green cloud which drains her ....lol ..... I was supposed to have finished the quest. I don't have the quest anymore on my quest list, it is gone, don't know why and I am still covered in this draining cloud of the afflicted. Someone has told me to delete my character :'-( sniff and start all over again. Is there anyone that can help me? I really really don't want to delete her.

Not sure what you can do with this.

I remember that mission and I finished it so the green mist stuff went away.

Other than that I have no idea. I'd say go get the mission again if you can. If not then go to www.guildwars.com. sign up with support and ask them.

They are pretty helpful types so hopefully will sort this out for you.

Thats because u drank the chalice of corruption quest. To get rid of it you can either:

1) Finish the quest with master todai

or

2) Abandon that quest

That quest was good fun. You'll be travelling around with 2 health degeneration which adds a bit of extra spice to the quest itself.

The Masters of Corruption quest should take you to the undercity (right by a res point which is handy) where you battle a few mobs of afflicted (it gets a bit annoying at times with the degen AND the afflicted soul explosion hitting for 100+ on a squishy but you can res as many times as needed and i think my first 3 characters through there were all at 60 dp.

In the end like most of the other 3000xp quests they're really easy experience so give it a go!
