I think this is the coolest contest ever! I have been using ColdFront for the Kingdom Of Loathing for months now but have never seen anything like this!

hehe yeah and the entries so far made are quite funny... i wish i had a parrot named polly too...

I'm anticipating Pirates of the Burning Sea more than you because...

I was dancing on the docks on june of 1992
when a squat little man covered in tattoos

came up to me and asked if I could dance
and I replied to him that hes missing his pants

so he did a little jig robbed me of my shorts
and then I turned around so I could retort

but he just grinned at me and put on a big eye patch
only then did I realize that it all did match

to form an image brewing in my imagination
that only could be formed with concentration

That image in my head was of a pirate
whos name didn't matter so I didn't fret

He had a big black beard and a keg of rum
and he said to me "I'm going sailing, won't you come?"

So we hopped up on his boat which had collosal white sails
and which swayed back in forth in the coastal gails

He then turned upside down onto a pirate hat
and flipped back over and on his head it sat

now he looked geniune to say the least
a pirate on a boat to the eyes is a feast

Then we did remember that we didn't have the key
to get into the beta of pirates of the burning sea

so instead we sat and waited until two thousand and six
and so the anticipation now has piled and the only way to fix

is to play and play and play and play until we can't no more
'cause pirates of the burning sea is so much more

than any other MMORPG old or new
and thats why I'm anticipating PoTBS more than you!

I ben waitin' here on th' shore fer three voyages an' me sealegs be itchier then a bad case o' chiggers in a poison ivy patch an' me mates in me homeport http://www.thefist.org/yabbse won`t avast tellin' me that PoTBS be vaporware like Seadogs 2 an' they need t' be proved wrong. I really like the concept of this, it brings out a lot of creativity in the community, and you get to goof of all at the same time. Heavens above only know that I can goof off like no other!!!

Gotta love it (but oooh.. I'm all the way to page 9...). The pain!

I mean, had to read 8 pages of funny stuff before I got my chance. My lungs can stand only so much laughing you know
