3-8 vs. 5-6

I normally conduct my runs under the Blender sign and have been wondering this for a while. Adjusting for the Blender bonus, which booze is better: one that gives 3-8 adv or one that gives 5-6?

Essentially, I'm wondering if there's some formula behind the Blender bonus that can be used to recalculate the adventure gains from these drinks.

On average, they're equal.
