I also run on an AMD 64 Bit (but wth 2000 PRO) and have no issues.

I had a few PM's on the CoH boards with a similar problem. It turns out the culprit was a the users Anti-Virus software. Start closing out programs in your system tray and see if you can get it to work!

I've NEVER been able to use the planner which is a shame because it's the only one remotely up to date:

Make sure you have the latest updates for Microsoft .Net and that you are trying to launch the latest version of the Builder, 1.7.6.0 which is available here:

None of these suggestions worked. I've reinstalled .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 (I need this for Herostats) about 20 times now and it never works. When I have .NET 2.0 installed I simply get an illegal operation error. I really want to fix this since there's NO other updated planner out there and everyone constantly tells me to use it.
