Default Suggestions

I'm new to this program, however, I do have a few suggestions:
  1. Version Number - The webpage where you download this program SHOULD state the current version that way people can see if it's changed.
  2. Download Updates - I've tried this several times, and I get an error message stating that the server can't be contacted. Is there a problem with your ftp server? Is there a link where I can download the file and put it in the directory?

Version Number - OK, I will see about getting that updated on the site soon.

Updates - Yes, I am aware that there seems to be a server connect issue - I want to look into it, and hope to be able too soon. Work has been a nightmare lately (along with a major cold) and I have just not been able to get to it. I will see if I cannot figure it out soon.

Due to the same issues noted above, I have also not been able to do any updates recently (another thing I hope to correct soon)

Any way an updater can get added? Realized mine was quite outdated recently, and hadn't even known.

Thanks for the tool

OK, I have checked and verified that the updator is working.
Just put a new version for the Powers and Enhancements DB up for update.

Please make sure you have the update path set to:
http://sherksilver.coldfront.net/public_ftp/Updates.xml
and the Proxy Server setup correctly if needed.

If you need to update from a real old version, your best bet is to re-download the application and then re-install. (Preserve your saved files first for safety). Then you can get updates correctly.

Question A question

I have your current builder, and I noticed that in the Fire Blaster Primary Power Set, Rain of Fire is missing the Accuracy enhancment. How do I manually add that to the power so that is stays in the builder's database?

Okay, the updater path you gave isn't working for me (saying cannot connect to host), but I reset the updater path automatically and it set to a whole different link. Upon checking it after that, it had reset to your above link. Now it works fine. This seems to be a troubleshooting workaround for now.

I had the updater issue as well, and found that the web proxy feature was turned on by default. I turned it off, and the updater worked.
