Update including Dual Blade and Willpower Archetypes?

Sorry if this has already been answered, but is there a newer version of the Builder that includes the functionality of the Dual Blade and Willpower archetypes for the Scrapper, Tanker, Brute and Stalker?

Sadly, it seems that this app is no longer being updated.
