Error in empath Clear Mind?

I am running these version of coh builder:

TestPowers DB Version: 1.0.268

The updater says "no update available"

The Empath Clear Mind description and effects says:
Frees an ally from any Immobilization, Sleep, Disorient and Hold effects and leaves them resistant to such effects for a good while.
Resist: Disorient, Hold, Immobilize, Sleep (Ally)

The description is missing Fear and Confuse resistance (check this screenshot just taken):
