************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

I have seen this odd behavior before, not recently though.

I don't recall ALL the steps tired before, but in the end the solution below was used.

Remove all Hero Builder and .net software.
"Clean" your registry of all entries for Hero Builder and .net
Then reinstall/update everything.

There MAY be a better/faster solution, but we don't have the source code yet. I will send this bug/alert the programming team and see if they have an alternative solution.

Answer from the new Lead Programmer on the project:

One or more of the assemblies in the files set for the builder is loking for
the .NET 2.0 version of System.Drawing. However, this machine only has 1.1
installed.

When we have code we should probably just move the entire code set to .NET
2.0, but for now users who get this error will need to have both installed.
