Is there any way to copy characters that you made, over to your online account? Please answer, thanks.

Well, in-game there isnt really a great way to do it. The BEST way would be to e-mail it to yourself in-game.

Just use the Export feature. I suggest Short Text Export.

I meant like to copy over the character you biold into the game.... but what do you mean by that?

If I am reading your question correctly, you want to copy your Build that you have made in the Hero Builder over CoH.

To do this you need to do a few things.

First, Export your Build OUT of the Hero Builder

Go to Export>Short Text Export
Highlight all the text, then hit Control-C to copy.
Then Alt-Tab INTO CoH (you should have Hero Builder AND CoH BOTH already running)
Click on E-Mail, then enter the Heroes name that the Build is for.
In the Text area for the in-game e-mail hit Control-V
This will then paste the Text version of your build into the e-mail.
After sending, you will then have an e-mail on that Hero containing the build.

I use this method ALL the time, but ONLY for e-mailing Builds to OTHER people in-game.
If I want to see a Build that I have on my machine for myself. I simply run the Hero Builder(usually on anyway) and then Alt-Tab between CoH and the Hero Builder.

I meant, copy it over to CoH/CoV and make it a REAL character you can play as, not make a character that has the powers, make that exact character, except not having to actually MAKE it, just like copy it into your account as a real character.

No, there isn't. You are looking for a quick way to make a full level 50 character (or level X character) and you can't do that. This isn't like Guild Wars where you can make a PVP build and get free levels. You have to work towards the goal of leveling up.

And to be honest, I think that would be a horrible idea. I just recently got my first Level 50 hero and I had my ups and downs playing her. But it was an experience, and I love the character. That would be completely different if I could have just made a build from 1 to 50 and made her and then logged in and there she was.
