Lightbulb Gunslinger?

I talked about this with a work buddy and he thought it was an outstanding idea for more than one reason so I'll float it by the peoples....

A gunslinger familiar - you can "load" 1 piece of familiar equipment into each of 2 guns that it carries (much like a double chameleon)... The effects last about 60 turns (about 1.5 times the chameleon) and the familiar then acts as 1/2 its weight for each piece of equipment... after the 60ish turns, he could "run out of ammo"... these do not have to happen at the same time...

odd weights would round down

it could steal equipment at gunpoint in the same manner as the the chameleon does (every other turn, or every 5 turns, or hell, every 10 like everything else)... unimportant really...

EXAMPLE: you equip a toupee and an eye-pod on your 20lb. gunslinger... THE FIRST piece of equipment used adds its customary 5lbs. giving you a 25lb. gunslinger
thus, you have a 12lb. volleyball and a 12lb. fairy

Cast leash, empathy, own sympathy, put on a plexiglass helmet, and use a snowcone and you can have 25lbs of each!!!

the bonuses i see for this include:

you can now have ANY 2 familiars in the game combined (which is great for those longing for the volleybally/fairy that doesn't soak your MP that has been deemed "too powerful") but it tames down each effect to 1/2

it "wastes" more familiar equipment, hopefully bringing mall prices back up to a somewhat "normal" level (i only say this because WITHOUT a chameleon, it costs a minimum of 1000 meat to get equipment... there shouldn't be thousands of pieces of equipment selling for 150... yes, i know this is personal opinion... yes i also take advantage of this by stocking up on cheap equipment for my chameleon... but that doesn't make it right, LOL )

yeah, that was a lot to read.... ummm... penny for your thoughts?
