Here is a quick fix... on the other CoH mod board somebody mentioned that some of the hats in COH are now all black... in order to fix this go into your

cityofheroes/data/texture_library/PLAYERS/AVATAR/SUPER_Shared/Hair/ folder and delete the two files in there.

I just did that to make the commando's hat black. I don't use hats for my costume parts usually, so I didnt notice that it had that effect. That should fix the problem right up!
