Uh, as in the title. Is there a thread somewhere for errors in the power database, or bugs in the client, so that fixes can be put into the updates? Or are we supposed to email?

Well, in any case, Crippling Axe Kick for Scrappers and Stalkers is listed as having a 4 second recharge. I don't know about the Stalker version, but the Scrapper one definitely takes 8 seconds.
