Oath Shot:
-Description: If oath Shot hits all your other skills are recharged. If it misses, all your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. (50% miss chance with expertis level 7 or less)
-Energy Cost: 10
-Activation Time: 0 seconds
-Recharge Time: 20 seconds
-Bow Attack

Does Othh Shot really recharge all your skills, your primary and secondary profession skills?
Or does it only work with ranger skills?
